4 Cadets from 444 have recently sat and passed their Cadet Method of Instruction (CMOI) Course.

The Course was ran by Wing and gives the cadets a crash course in Presentation and lesson delivering skills. After completing the Course, and doing a 10 minute presentation to the Staff at Squadron, the Cadets were presented their coveted lanyards by the OC. The CMOI Course is the final hurdle when it comes to classifications meaning the cadet in question is now a staff cadet, and their responsibility shifts from learning, to teaching! These are the first cadets from 444 to be awarded their lanyards since the system changed last year, and are the first staff cadets to be on the squadron in almost 3 years!
